شروط استخدام ZIVOZONE
1. قبول الشروط
بإنشاء حساب أو استخدام المنصة، يقر المستخدم بأنه قرأ هذه الشروط ووافق عليها. إذا لم يوافق عليها، فلا يجوز له إنشاء حساب أو استخدام الميزات التي تتطلب حسابًا.
2. الأهلية
يجب ألا يقل عمرك عن 13 سنة لإنشاء حساب. إذا كان عمرك أقل من سن الرشد في بلدك فعليك التأكد من موافقة ولي أمرك على استخدام المنصة.
3. طبيعة ZIVO
ZIVO هي وحدة افتراضية داخل منصة ZIVOZONE فقط. لا تمثل عملة قانونية أو وديعة أو سهمًا أو استثمارًا أو ضمانًا ماليًا، ولا يوجد بموجب هذه الشروط حق تلقائي في استبدالها نقدًا أو تحويلها إلى أموال أو عملات خارجية. لا يجوز بيعها أو شراؤها أو تداولها خارج الأنظمة التي تعتمدها ZIVOZONE رسميًا.
4. التعدين والمكافآت
مكافآت التعدين والتحديات تخضع لقواعد المنصة وحدودها، ويمكن لـ ZIVOZONE تعديل معدلات المكافآت أو إيقافها أو تعليق الحسابات المخالفة لحماية المنصة والمستخدمين. الرصيد المعروض داخل الحساب هو رصيد افتراضي للمنصة.
5. الحساب والأمان
المستخدم مسؤول عن بيانات تسجيل الدخول وعن الأنشطة التي تتم من حسابه. يمنع إنشاء حسابات أو استخدام أدوات آلية بقصد التلاعب بالمكافآت أو الترتيب أو البيانات.
6. الاستخدام المقبول والدردشة العامة
يمنع الاحتيال، واستغلال الثغرات، والهجمات الآلية، وإساءة استخدام المحتوى أو الخدمات، وانتحال صفة المدير أو أي مستخدم آخر، ومحاولة الوصول إلى بيانات غير مصرح بها. في الدردشة العامة يمنع المحتوى المسيء أو المهين أو غير القانوني أو الإعلانات غير المصرح بها أو نشر بيانات شخصية للآخرين. يحق للإدارة حذف الرسائل وحظر الحسابات المخالفة.
7. المحتوى والخدمات
قد تتغير الألعاب والتحديات والأخبار والميزات بمرور الوقت. لا نضمن توفر كل خدمة دون انقطاع، ونبذل جهودًا معقولة للحفاظ على استقرار المنصة.
8. الأخبار والروابط الخارجية
الأخبار والروابط الخارجية مقدمة للعرض والمعلومات، وتخضع للمصادر الخارجية وشروطها. لا تتحمل ZIVOZONE مسؤولية محتوى المواقع الخارجية.
9. الخصوصية
تُستخدم بيانات الحساب واللعب اللازمة لتشغيل المنصة وحفظ التقدم والأمان وفق سياسة الخصوصية.
10. التعديلات والإنهاء
يجوز تحديث الشروط أو تعديل الميزات عند الحاجة. استمرار الاستخدام بعد نشر التحديث يعني قبول الشروط المعدلة ضمن الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون المعمول به. يجوز لك التوقف عن استخدام المنصة وطلب حذف حسابك في أي وقت.
11. القانون والتواصل

ZIVOZONE Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not create an account or use features that require one.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority in your country, make sure your parent or guardian agrees to your use of the platform.
3. What ZIVO is
ZIVO is a virtual unit inside the ZIVOZONE platform only. It is not legal tender, a deposit, a share, an investment or a financial guarantee, and nothing in these terms gives you an automatic right to redeem it for cash or convert it into money or external currencies. It may not be sold, bought or traded outside systems officially approved by ZIVOZONE.
4. Mining and rewards
Mining and challenge rewards are subject to platform rules and limits. ZIVOZONE may change or stop reward rates, or suspend accounts that violate the rules, to protect the platform and its users. The balance shown in your account is a virtual platform balance.
5. Account and security
You are responsible for your login details and for activity on your account. Creating accounts or using automated tools to manipulate rewards, rankings or data is prohibited.
6. Acceptable use and public chat
Fraud, exploiting vulnerabilities, automated attacks, misuse of content or services, impersonating the administrator or another user, and attempting to access unauthorized data are prohibited. In public chat, abusive, demeaning or unlawful content, unauthorized advertising and posting other people's personal data are prohibited. We may delete messages and ban accounts that break these rules.
7. Content and services
Games, challenges, news and features may change over time. We do not guarantee that every service will be available without interruption, and we make reasonable efforts to keep the platform stable.
8. News and external links
News and external links are provided for display and information and are subject to the external sources and their terms. ZIVOZONE is not responsible for the content of external sites.
9. Privacy
Account and gameplay data needed to run the platform, save progress and keep it secure are used under our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or change features when needed. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept the updated terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law. You may stop using the platform and ask us to delete your account at any time.
