سياسة الخصوصية
1. من نحن
ZIVOZONE منصة ترفيهية رقمية (ألعاب وتحديات واختبارات وكرة قدم) يديرها مالك الموقع. للتواصل بخصوص الخصوصية: raefalbtish@gmail.com.
2. البيانات التي نجمعها
- الحساب: الاسم، والبريد الإلكتروني، والعمر (رقم فقط، ولا نطلب تاريخ الميلاد). كلمة المرور تُعالَج لدى خدمة Firebase Authentication من Google ولا نراها ولا نخزّنها.
- اللعب: المستوى والخبرة والنتائج ورصيد ZIVO الافتراضي وسجل الأنشطة اللازم لحفظ تقدمك وحماية المكافآت.
- الدردشة العامة: اسمك المعروض ونص رسالتك واللغة والوقت. هذه الرسائل ظاهرة للعامة.
- إحصاءات الزوار (بموافقتك فقط): معرّف عشوائي للمتصفح، والصفحة المفتوحة، والجهة المحيلة، واللغة، ونوع المتصفح، وتوقيت الزيارة، وكذلك Google Analytics 4. لا نفعّل أيًا منها قبل أن توافق من شريط الخصوصية، ويمكنك تغيير قرارك في أي وقت من رابط «إعدادات الخصوصية» أسفل الصفحة.
- التخزين المحلي في متصفحك: اللغة المفضلة، وتقدمك، ومعرّف الزائر، وخيار الموافقة.
3. كيف نستخدم البيانات
لتشغيل حسابك وحفظ تقدمك، وعرض الدردشة والمتصدرين، وحماية المنصة من إساءة الاستخدام والتلاعب بالمكافآت، وفهم كيفية استخدام الموقع لتحسينه (بموافقتك)، والرد على مراسلاتك. لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية.
4. الأساس القانوني (للمقيمين في الاتحاد الأوروبي والمملكة المتحدة)
تنفيذ الخدمة التي طلبتها (الحساب واللعب)، والمصلحة المشروعة في أمن المنصة، وموافقتك للتحليلات الاختيارية. يمكنك سحب موافقتك في أي وقت دون أن يؤثر ذلك على استخدامك للمنصة.
5. أطراف ثالثة
- Google: Firebase (المصادقة، وقاعدة البيانات، والاستضافة)، وApp Check وreCAPTCHA Enterprise لمكافحة الإساءة، وGoogle Fonts (عنوان IP الخاص بك يصل إلى Google عند تحميل الخطوط)، وGoogle Analytics (بموافقتك فقط).
- ZIVO AI: الرسائل التي ترسلها إلى المساعد تُعالَج بواسطة نماذج Google Gemini عبر Firebase AI Logic. لا ترسل معلومات حساسة أو خاصة.
- بيانات المباريات والأخبار: يجلب متصفحك نتائج المباريات من ESPN وأخبارًا عبر GitHub، وقد تستلم هذه الجهات عنوان IP الخاص بك بحكم طبيعة الاتصال.
6. الإعلانات
لا نعرض إعلانات حاليًا. إذا أضفنا إعلانات أو أدوات تتبع إعلانية مستقبلًا فسنحدّث هذه السياسة ونطلب موافقتك حيث يقتضي القانون.
7. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات والحذف
نحتفظ ببيانات الحساب ما دام حسابك قائمًا، ولمدة معقولة بعد ذلك لأغراض الأمان والالتزامات القانونية. لطلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك راسلنا على raefalbtish@gmail.com.
8. حقوقك
يحق لك، بحسب القانون المنطبق عليك، طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو تقييد معالجتها أو نقلها، والاعتراض على المعالجة، وسحب الموافقة، وتقديم شكوى إلى الجهة الرقابية في بلدك.
9. الأطفال
ZIVOZONE غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 سنة، ولا نسمح بإنشاء حسابات لمن هم دون هذا العمر. إذا علمنا أن حسابًا يخص طفلًا دون 13 سنة فسنحذفه. إذا كنت ولي أمر وتعتقد أن طفلك أنشأ حسابًا، تواصل معنا لحذفه.
10. النقل الدولي للبيانات
تُخزَّن البيانات وتُعالَج على خوادم Google في دول قد تختلف عن بلدك، وفق ضمانات مزوّد الخدمة.
11. الأمان
نستخدم اتصالات HTTPS وقواعد وصول على قاعدة البيانات وتحققًا من الحساب، ونتخذ إجراءات معقولة لحماية بياناتك، مع العلم أنه لا يوجد نظام آمن بنسبة 100%.
12. التغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وسنغيّر تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه، وسنُشعرك داخل المنصة عند التغييرات الجوهرية.
Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
ZIVOZONE is a digital entertainment platform (games, challenges, quizzes and football) run by its site owner. Privacy contact: raefalbtish@gmail.com.
2. Data we collect
- Account: name, email address and age (a number only — we do not ask for a date of birth). Your password is handled by Google's Firebase Authentication; we never see or store it.
- Gameplay: level, experience, results, your virtual ZIVO balance and the activity log needed to save your progress and protect rewards.
- Public chat: your display name, message text, language and time. These messages are publicly visible.
- Visitor statistics (only with your consent): a random browser ID, the page opened, referrer, language, browser type and visit time, plus Google Analytics 4. None of this is enabled until you accept in the privacy banner, and you can change your choice anytime via “Privacy settings” at the bottom of the page.
- Local storage in your browser: preferred language, progress, visitor ID and your consent choice.
3. How we use data
To run your account and save progress, show chat and leaderboards, protect the platform from abuse and reward manipulation, understand how the site is used so we can improve it (with your consent), and reply to your messages. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Legal bases (for users in the EU and UK)
Performing the service you requested (account and gameplay), our legitimate interest in platform security, and your consent for optional analytics. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting your use of the platform.
5. Third parties
- Google: Firebase (Authentication, database, Hosting), App Check and reCAPTCHA Enterprise for abuse prevention, Google Fonts (your IP address reaches Google when fonts load), and Google Analytics (only with consent).
- ZIVO AI: messages you send to the assistant are processed by Google Gemini models through Firebase AI Logic. Do not send sensitive or private information.
- Match and news data: your browser fetches match results from ESPN and news via GitHub; these services may receive your IP address as part of the connection.
6. Advertising
We do not currently show ads. If we add advertising or ad-tracking tools in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep account data while your account exists and for a reasonable period afterwards for security and legal obligations. To request deletion of your account and data, email raefalbtish@gmail.com.
8. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access to, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
9. Children
ZIVOZONE is not directed at children under 13 and we do not allow accounts for anyone under that age. If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13 we will delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
10. International transfers
Data is stored and processed on Google servers, which may be in countries different from yours, under the provider's safeguards.
11. Security
We use HTTPS, database access rules and account verification, and take reasonable steps to protect your data, though no system is 100% secure.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will change the “Last updated” date above and notify you in the platform of material changes.
